First, make sure that you have an activated TRX wallet by sending 1 trx to your Trx USDTTRC20 receiving address. This is done so you can receive payments when you withdraw from the back office. After you click your sponsor's referral link, click the join button after you copy your Trx wallet receiving address. Make sure you see your sponsor's name on the registration form. When you paste your Trx address make sure there are no spaces before or after the address.
